Look, ADHD sucks, not some of the time most of the time.

Whether it's family, work, personal goals.

ADHD has a way of making things seem great to go after, then a small hiccup and you can completely forget what you were doing.

Create a habit? Mine never last, even with consistent reminders. Habits are still work.

But if you aren’t careful, you can easily lose time from overwhelm.

For me it’s because I beat myself up, I see others doing it with ease and I “punish” myself mentally for losing track of time, habits, and consistency.

But, this helped me learn something about ADHD. its not a discipline issue, it never has been, its more like a pressure system.

Too much pressure and things break in spots you didn’t think could break. Keeping it under control requires regular maintenance, otherwise a valve bursts.

Don’t punish yourself because you lack discipline, instead look at what you are doing and realize that maybe you are just overloaded, reduce the pressure.

This newsletter is going to be short messages from me to you. Things I’ve learned having lived with this for, well forever. My failures, my pain, and my recovery. My hope is that you can see you are not alone, and also to pass onto you things I’ve learned, some the easy way, most the hard way. To hopefully make YOU have an easier time.

Next, Ill show you how I get myself to reset after losing DAYS of time, without making it worse or beating myself up further.

Thanks for joining me in this,

Eric
